"Let me start by saying that over the past couple of years, we have had some pretty irritating communication issues with this agency. I don't know why, and I'm not sure I care, to be honest. All I know is that with one SNAFU, I called Kurt and talked to him about it, and he not only helped clarify everything, but also helped fix the problems and get everything back on track. He's a great guy, and even sent me a text a couple days later to let me know he was keeping up with it to make sure everything was actually fixed. While the agency may have dropped the ball, Kurt is my guy, and the only one I even want to talk to over there about my policies, because I KNOW he will get stuff done, and get it done promptly and correctly. Update: Well, Kurt left a while back, and I was working with a new guy, who dropped the ball on setting up my RV insurance with roadside assistance properly. I actually found out from my tow truck driver that the person from Seth Bork's office was fighting against my reimbursement, while the person from State Farm didn't have an issue with it. Not only so, but I also found out from said tow truck driver that I would for sure be reimbursed! Never heard from the agent's office about it. It's sad that this office can't seem to keep the people that actually seem to care and seem to want to help. It seems as though all Seth's office cares about is the money, which is quite contrary to State Farm's goal of being like a good neighbor."

"I locked my keys in the trunk today and made the mistake of calling the first Locksmith I found in the area for help. They charged me **$185!!** to unlock my car!! I was SHOCKED!! My mother-in-law (also a State Farm customer) advised me to call State Farm to see if this was a reimbursable emergency service. They said I should really have called the Emergency Services number on the back of my insurance card (which I did not know existed). They usually only reimburse services they provide through that number. I said that makes sense and I will do that next time. A few minutes later I got to call back from State Farm saying why don't I just bring the receipt in and they will take a look and see what they can do, no promises though. Ok! It couldn't hurt! Kerry helped me, she was so friendly and understanding. In less than 15 minutes I left with a check and a deeper appreciation for my insurance company. They had no obligation to reimburse my mistake, but they did, and in doing so earned a customer for life! Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Businesses don't worry about retaining their customers like they used to, another one is bound to come along, right? Seth Bork's team definitely has their priorities straight and their focus on the customer. Thank you Kerry and thank you State Farm!"

"Extremely unprofessional, and the communication is seriously lacking. They were using my sister's email, to try to reach me. My childhood land line (which we never had state farm while living with that number) and sending all of my mail to an address I had 10 years ago, even though there were given all up to date information when we signed up. Dealing with Melissa was a headache, when I called to fix their issues; her immediate supervisor (who I explained these issues to, and explained melissa's fault) told me she would have Melissa return my call, instead of fixing the issue herself. Save yourself the headache, and go elsewhere. You and your policies will be treated as just another policy, instead of being treated as an individual."
